Photo report: Fado at Faro's Museum with Inês Graça 2017-02-23
I had the privilege to be invited to cover this event on a special session day for the media.
There were several official entities present and a lot of public also. Entry fee for the sessions is 8 euros.
The two girls who were receiving people and social media
At the entrance all gathered for a small tour around the museum and exhibitions present
Exhibition of granite on the first floor
The first exhibition is about the life of Jesus and Popes, with raised the attention of the majority of the public
Another exhibition present and visited was about the Oceans
After this we proceeded to the room where the Fado session was going to take place. On this image the traditional Fado shawl (or in portuguese "xaile") could be seen
Mr. Valentim Filipe, President of AFA - Algarve Fado Association addresses the presents about the session and its introductory video
After the short video the session started with Fado singer Inês Graça and AFA's guitar players: Mr. Jorge Franco on the portuguese guitar and Mr. Tiago Valentim in the classic guitar
Fado is not always sad...
An instrumental song was also played
A Coimbra Fado was also sung
Mr Valentim Filipe with fado singer Inês Graça thanks to the presents for their visit and that a wine taste will take place

The wine taste with bottles from one of the parter's named Marquês dos Vales
A lot of happiness after a successful session of wine tasting...
